EXCERPT OF THE CONVENTION CONSTITUENT members referred to as public interest group ECOFOR (forest ecosystems) is made between:-the national Centre of agricultural machinery, rural engineering, water and forests;
-the Centre for international cooperation in agronomic research for development;
-the national Centre of scientific research;
-the National School of rural engineering, water and forests;
-the national Institute of agronomic research;
-Institute of research for development;
-the national Office of forests.
Purpose the purpose of the group is to promote a significant and coordinated actions of fundamental and applied research development devoted to the knowledge of Mediterranean, tropical and temperate forest ecosystems, their dynamics, their operation as well as their development or their transformation under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors.
Seat the seat of the company is fixed at 19, avenue of Maine, Paris (15th).
Duration the company is extended for a period of 10 years from February 27, 2003.
Rights and obligations in their relationships between them, as in their relations with third parties, members are held to the obligations of the company in proportion to their statutory rights. They are not show solidarity towards third parties.
