ARRETE
Decree of 31 January 2003 laying down detailed rules for the payment of the vocational training contribution provided for in Article L. 953-4 of the Labour Code.

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Secretary of State Transport and the sea,
In view of Book IX of the Labour Code, and in particular Articles L. 953-4 and R. 953-18;
In view of the special regime of seamen;
In view of Act No. 91-1405 of 31 December 1991 on vocational training and employment ;
In view of Act No. 94-637 of 25 July 1994 on social security, and in particular on the tasks of the Central Agency of Social Security Bodies;
In view of Act No. 97-1051 of 18 November 1997 on guidance on maritime fisheries and Marine cultures;
In light of Decree No. 2000-292 of 28 March 2000 on the participation of the self-employed, the heads of enterprises of the maritime fishery and the heads of enterprises of marine cultures in the development of training Continuing professional;
In view of the Order of 21 August 2002 approving the Fisheries and Marine Crops Insurance Fund, taken pursuant to Article R. 953-17 of the Labour Code;
In view of the opinion of the Agency's Management Board Central of the social security agencies of 25 October 2002,

Article 1


The proceeds of the recovery of the contribution provided for in article L. 953-4 of the Labour Code Maritime Family Allowance (CMAF) is paid through the Central Agency of Social Security Organizations (ACOSS) to the Fisheries and Marine Cultures Insurance Fund (FAF-PCM) in one single year before the first month of The year following the recovery year.

Item 2


ACOSS is authorized to charge for managing an amount that cannot be Exceed 3 % of the contributions received.

Article 3


The practical arrangements for recovering the contribution to the insurance fund Training shall be defined by a management agreement between the Central Agency of the Social Security Bodies, the Maritime Family Allowance Fund and the Fisheries and Marine Crops Insurance Fund, annexed to the present Stopped.

Article 4


The Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers at the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Of tourism and the sea, the General Delegate for Employment and Vocational Training and the Director of Social Security in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity shall each be responsible for The execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
