Order dated December 12, 2001, reorganization of accounting positions for deconcentrated services from the Consolidated Revenue Fund

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In the light of Decree No. 95-869 of 2 August 1995 fixing the special status of personnel of category A of the Treasury Public;
In light of the amended Order of May 20, 1997, classifying non-centralizing accounting positions in the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
In view of the deliberation of the Board of Directors of the Public Office of Moderate Rental Housing Department of the Pyrénées-Orientales of 25 July 2001;
On the report of the Director General of Public Accounts,
Stop:

Item 1

The accounting and financial management of the public office of moderate rent in the Department of Pyrénées-Orientales is detached from the departmental pay and attached to the treasury of Perpignan HLM (Department of the Pyrénées-Orientales).

Article 2

The classification of reorganized treasuries pursuant to Article 1 shall be fixed by decision of the Director General of Public Accounts.

Article 3

The Director General of Public Accounts is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
