ARRETE
Decree of 27 January 2006 amending the decree of 21 June 2001 on the interregimes of expenditure of the Ecole nationale supérieure de sécurité sociale

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, and the Minister of Small and Medium-sized enterprises, trade, craft and liberal professions,
Given the social security code, and in particular Articles L. 123-3 and R. 123-15;
In view of the decree of 21 June 2001 on the interregimes of expenditure From the National School of Social Security;
In view of the opinion of the board of directors of the National School of Social Security dated 6 April 2005,
Stop:

Article 1

Article 1 of the decree of 21 June 2001 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 1. -The allocation of annual contributions to the social security schemes and bodies concerned with respect to the operating and investment costs of the National School of Social Security is set by application The following percentages:
-general system: 78 %;
-Caisse centrale de mutualité sociale agricole: 16 %;
-Caisse Autonomic de Compensation de l' assurance old-artisanal: 1.4 %;
-Caisse de compensation de l' organisation National Autonomous Industry and Trade: 1.4 %;
Fund for Health Insurance and Maternity of Non-salaried Workers in Non-Agricultural Professions: 1.4 %;
-Autonomous Social Security Fund in Mines: 1.4 % ;
-Old Age Insurance Fund, Disability and Cult Disease: 0.2 %;
-Pension and Contingency Fund and Notary Employees: 0.2 %. "

Article 2

The Director of the National Graduate School of Social Security shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
