The Council of State (finance section) Heard:
Section 28 of the Order is amended as follows:
1 ° 1 ° and 2 ° are replaced by the following:
" 1 ° Aggregate teachers are classified according to the table below :

2 ° The first paragraph of 3 ° is replaced by the following:
" Teachers of the Second-class universities, master lecturers, senior assistant professors, senior professors and national education inspectors are classified at the level with an equal index or, failing that, immediately Superior to the one they had in their original bodies. "
In the second paragraph of Article 30-1 of the Decree, the words: Performed as a holder " Are deleted.
Section 32 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 32. - The secondment shall be pronounced at a grade level and at the level of equal treatment or, failing that, immediately above that of the person concerned in his or her rank of origin
The seconded official shall retain in the Limit of seniority required for promotion to the higher level, seniority acquired in its previous rank when the increase in salary resulting from its secondment is less than or equal to that which would have resulted from a Graduation in his or her rank of origin or that which resulted from his promotion to the last step when he or she has already reached the terminal step of his or her original grade. "
The inspectors of regional educational inspectors trainees on the date of entry into force of this Decree shall be classified, on that date, in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the Decree of 18 July 1990 referred to in this Decree.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget And the reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
