DECRET
Decree of 2 February 2005 amending the Decree of 29 July 2004 on the designation of controlled origin " Clairette of Die "

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry And the Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Handicrafts, Professions and Consumer Affairs,
In the light of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the Regulations made for its application;
Due to the general tax code;
Due to the customs code;
Due to the rural code;
Given the code of consumption;
In light of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 applying the code of the Consumption as regards wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the Decree of 29 July 2004 on the designation of controlled origin " Clairette of Die " ;
Given the proposals of the National Wine Committee and The National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 27 and 28 May 2004,
Décrète:

Article 1


The provisions of Article 7 of the Decree of 29 July 2004 are replaced by the following provisions :
" Art. 7. - The basic yield of the basic wines referred to in Article R. 641-73 of the Rural Code shall be set at 55 hectolitres per hectare. The yield referred to in Article R. 641-76 of the Rural Code shall be set at 70 hectolitres per hectare. The maximum yield of production referred to in Article R. 641-78 of the Rural Code shall be set at 80 hectolitres per hectare. The maximum agronomic yield to the parcel referred to in Article R. 641-82 of the Rural Code shall be set at 15 000 kilograms per hectare.
The rate of dead or missing vines referred to in Article R. 641-85 of the Rural Code shall be set at 20 %. "

Article 2


The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries The Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Handicrafts, Professions and Consumer Affairs and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, Government Spokesperson, are responsible. Each in respect of the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
