DECRET
Decree of 2 February 2005 amending the decree of 15 February 1985 on the name "controlled origin" Minervois "

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister Small and medium-sized enterprises, trade, craft, professional and consumer professions,
In the light of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the regulations made For its application;
In view of the general tax code;
Due to the customs code;
Due to the rural code;
Given the code of consumption;
In view of the decree of 15 February 1985 on the designation of controlled origin. Minervois ", modified In particular by the Decree of 20 December 2002;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In the light of Decree No. 2001-1163 of 7 December 2001 concerning the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with a controlled designation of origin;
Given the proposals of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 27 and 28 May 2004,
Describes:

Article 1

In the first paragraph of Article 3 of the decree of 15 February 1985, the figure reads: " Eight " Is replaced by the Number: " Nine ".

Article 2

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rurality, the Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, Liberal Professions and Consumer Affairs and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, Spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
