ARRETE
Decree of 31 January 2002 amending the Order of 1 December 1993 granting a duty allowance to certain administrative staff of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and Public Establishment Weather-France

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing, and the Minister of Public Service and Reform The State,
In view of the decree of 1 December 1993 amended to award a duty allowance to certain administrative staff of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and the Public Establishment Weather-France;
In view of the decree of 1 December 1993 amended laying down detailed rules for the application of the decree of 1 December 1993 for the award of a duty allowance to certain administrative staff of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and the Public Establishment Météo-France,
Stop:

Article 1


Article 3a of the said decree of 1 December 1993 reads as follows:
" Art. 3 bis. -The monthly amounts of the function allowance supplement provided for in Article 4a of the decree of 1 December 1993, as amended, shall be fixed, as from 1 July 2001,
follows: -category A staff: 217.40 EUR;
" - Category B staff: 177.91 EUR;
" -category C staff: 158.09 EUR.
" The monthly amounts of the function allowance supplement are adjusted according to the evolution of the value of the index point used to calculate the Salaries in the Public Service. "

Article 2


This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
