ARRETE
Decree of 1 February 2002 on accounting rules for the designation of a delegated secondary authorising officer in Colombia

The Secretary of State for the Budget,
In the light of Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 on the General Regulation on Public Accounting;
In the light of Decree No. 66-912 of 7 December 1966 on the accounting and revenue and imprest administrators responsible for carrying out public revenue and expenditure abroad;
In view of Decree No. 66-913 of 7 December 1966 on the procedures for the execution of income and expenditure Public abroad;
In view of Decree No. 79-433 of 1 June 1979 on the powers of ambassadors and the organisation of state services abroad;
Having regard to the order of 28 November 2001 designating secondary authorising officers to Foreign,
Stop:

Article 1


The modernisation of accounting structures and procedures abroad is extended in Colombia as from 1 January 2002.

Article 2


Pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned decree of 1 June 1979, the French Ambassador to Colombia is Secondary authorising officer for revenue and expenditure relating to the budget of the customs attaché in that country.

Article 3


En Application of Article 5 of the decree of 1 June 1979 referred to above, the Ambassador of France in Colombia may give delegation of signature in respect of his competence as a secondary authorising officer to the customs attaché in Colombia for the appropriations entered in the Chapter 31-90, Article 61, Chapter 31-97, Article 61, and Chapter 34-98, Articles 62 and 63.

Article 4


The Director General Customs and indirect rights and the Director General of Public Accounts shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
