Decree of 27 January 2006 relating to professional civil societies (public or ministerial officers)

By Order of the Seals Guard, Minister of Justice, dated January 27, 2006 :
It is terminated the functions of Mme Donzel (Anne, Thérèse, Suzanne), wife Pringere, as an employed notary, in the notary office of the professional civil society Michel-François Dal and Donat Bernard, Notaries associated, at the residence of Liévin (Pas-de-Calais).
Mme Donzel (Anne, Thérèse, Suzanne), wife Pringere, and M. Vermunt (Anthony, Kées, Lucien, Jean) are appointed notaries partners, members of the professional civil society Michel-François Dal and Donat Bernard, associate notaries.
The withdrawal of Mr. Dal (Michel, François, Louis), associate notary, member of the professional civil society Michel-François Dal and Donat Bernard, associated notaries, is accepted
Social reason of professional civil society Michel-François Dal and Donat Bernard, associated notaries, is thus amended: " Donat Bernard, Anne Pringere Donzel and Anthony Vermunt, notaries, partners of a professional civil society A notarial office ".
