Decree of 27 January 2005 concerning the renewal of the registration of the phosphocalcic cement CEMENTEK of TEKNIMED SA entered in Chapter 1 of Title III of the list of products and services Reimbursable under Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code

Given the Social Security Code, and in particular Articles L. 165-1 to L. 165-5 and R. 165-1 to R. 165-30;
Vu Public Health Code;
In view of the opinion of the Evaluation Commission for Products and Benefits of October 20, 2004,
Stop:

Item 1

In Title III of the List of Reimbursable Goods and Benefits, Chapter 1, Section 5 " Implants Orthopaedic ", in subsection 4" Bony replacements "in the heading" Synthetic bone replacement ", the end date for the management of the CEMENTEK phosphocalcic cement corresponding to the following codes is modified as follows:

Item 2

This Order takes effect as of the thirteenth day following its publication in the Official Journal.

Item 3

The Director of Social Security and the Director General of Health at the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and Family are each responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
