Section 4 of the Order of February 10, 1992, read as follows:

Section 6 of the Order of February 10, 1992, is amended as follows:
I.-The sixth paragraph is deleted.

Section 7 of the Order of February 10, 1992, is amended as follows:

Article 13 of the Order of 10 February 1992 is amended as follows:
