ARRETE
Order of 29 January 2002 amending the list of pharmaceutical specialities reimbursable to social insured persons

The Minister of Employment and Solidarity and the Minister of Health,
Given the Social Security Code;
Given the Public Health Code;
In view of the Transparency Commission,
Stop:

Item 1


The list of pharmaceutical specialties refundable to insured persons is modified in accordance with the Provisions set out in the Annex.

Article 2


The Director General of Health and the Director of Social Security shall be responsible, Each as regards the execution of this Decree, which shall be published and its annex in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

I.-Registered on the list of drugs refundable to insured persons the following specialty, for which the insured's participation is Provided for in the first paragraph of Article R. 322-1 of the Code of Social Security:
The only therapeutic indications which are eligible for the care or reimbursement of health insurance are, for the speciality referred to below, those which That appear on the market authorization at the date of this Order.
