Decree n ° 2006-108 of 3 February 2006 on the attribution of the new index bonus to the members of the corps of preparers in the civil hospital pharmacy of the Ministry of Defence

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of the Public Service,
N ° 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In the light of Law No. 91-73 of 18 January 1991 laying down provisions relating to public health and social insurance, in particular Article 27;
Having regard to Decree No 82-624 of 20 July 1982 laying down the implementing rules for officials of the Order No. 82-296 of 31 March 1982 on the exercise of part-time duties;
In light of Decree No. 93-522 of 26 March 1993 on the conditions for the implementation of the new index subsidy in the public service of the State;
Seen the Decree No. 99-516 of 22 June 1999 on the special status of the body of preparers in civil hospital pharmacy of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by Decree No. 2005-1132 of 7 September 2005,

A new index bonus of 13 percentage points, taken into account and subject to contribution for the calculation of the retirement pension, is paid monthly, because of their duties, to officials The Ministry of Defence exercising the functions of a civil hospital pharmacy provider, under the same conditions as their counterparts in the hospital public service.

The benefit of the payment of the new index bonus is related to the performance of duties. It shall not cumulate with other indicial subsidies of any other nature which may be perceived by the employee performing duties in connection with the new index enhancement under the terms of this Order.

Employees authorised to engage in part-time and assigned work on a job opening up to the new index bonus shall receive a fraction of it under specified conditions By the aforementioned decree of 20 July 1982.

The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
