ARRETE
Order of 3 February 2005 amending the order of 24 August 2000 on the organisation and remit of the Directorate of Civil Liberties and Legal Affairs

The Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In view of Act No. 2001-1062 of 15 November 2001 on day-to-day security;
Vu Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
In view of Decree No. 87-389 of 15 June 1987 on the organization of central administrative services;
Decree No. 2003-1186 of 11 December 2003 on the registration of mopeds;
In view of the Order of 24 August 2000 on the organisation and remit of the Directorate of Civil Liberties and Legal Affairs;
In view of the opinion of the Committee Joint Technical Administration of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms as of 30 June 2004;
In view of the opinion of the Ministry of the Interior's Joint Technical Committee on Security Local and local freedoms as of July 9, 2004,

Article 1


Article 4 of the decree of 24 August 2000 read as follows:
" Art. 4. - The Road Traffic and Safety sub-directorate is responsible for preparing the texts for which it monitors the application in the areas relating to road traffic and safety and to gather statistical information.
It is responsible for processing moped registration operations and issuing registration certificates for two-wheeled mopeds.
It also provides direction for the national file service. Driver's licence, responsible for centralizing information relating to driving licences for motor land vehicles issued by the civil authority and all administrative or judicial decisions restricting their validity and Provide information about driving licences to the authorities authorized by law to request them. "

The Secretary General and the Director of Civil Liberties and Legal Affairs are responsible, each with respect to the Of the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
