In light of Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959 Organic Law Relating to the laws of finance, together Decree No. 80-854 of 30 October 1980 on parafiscal fees;
In view of Organic Law No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on financial laws, in particular Article 63 thereof;
In view of Law No. 53-633 of 25 July 1953 on tax management, and in particular Article 9;
In light of Decree No. 80-854 of 30 October 1980 on parafiscal taxes,
In the light of Decree No. 2000-1 of 4 January 2000 on the parafiscal tax on the Shows,
Stop:
Pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned decree of 30 October 1980, the parafiscal fees due to the bodies Beneficiary and whose generator is earlier than 1 January 2004 shall continue to be recovered under the conditions laid down in the abovementioned decrees.
The Director of Music, Dance, Theatre and Entertainment, the Director of the Budget and the Director General of Public Accounts shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order. Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
