ARRETE
Signing delegation order of January 31, 2003

The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of the modified Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing the ministers to delegate, By order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
In view of the decree of 22 July 1998 on the appointment of The Director of Road Safety and Traffic;
In light of the June 17, 2002, Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the June 17, 2002, Order in Council concerning the composition of the Government;
In light of Order No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 relating to the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
In the light of the amended Order of 14 March 1986 on the organization of the Directorate of Road Safety and Traffic,

Item 1


Permanent Delegation to Ms. Isabelle Massin, Director of Traffic Safety and Traffic, to The effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, and within the limits of its powers, all acts, contracts, contracts, agreements, decisions and endorsements, excluding Orders in Council and Expenditure commitments or orders exceeding 22 867 353 EUR.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Isabelle Massin, Director of Traffic Safety and Traffic, delegation is given to Yves Le Breton, Deputy Director of Central Administration, to sign on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea And within the limits of the powers entrusted to it, all acts, orders, decisions, contracts, agreements and endorsements, excluding public contracts and orders of missions, decrees, commitments or orders of expenditure above 22 867 353 EUR.

Article 3


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Yves Le Breton, Deputy Director, the delegation provided for in Article 2 Is vested, within the limits of the powers assigned to it, to Ms. Dominique Lefevre-Bataille, non-class civil administrator.

Article 4


The May 28, 2002 signing delegation order is being repealed.
