ARRETE
Decree of 26 January 2005 authorising the opening of a competition for the recruitment of information and communication systems (women and men) the year 2005

By order of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Of the Ministry of Public Service and the reform of the State as of 26 January 2005, is authorised for the year 2005 to open a competition for the recruitment of inspector-pupils of information systems and Communication from the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms (women and men).
The total number of places offered for this competition will be fixed at a later date.
The closing date for registration is 15 March 2005.
The dates of the tests are set on 18 and 19 April 2005.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to the competition will be the subject of an order of the Minister for the Interior, Internal Security and Freedoms
The open examination centres for the written eligibility tests are: Bordeaux, Dijon, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Metz, Rennes, Toulouse, Tours and Paris. It should be noted that the centre of Tours will be responsible for the unconcentrated organisation of the centres of Tours and Rennes and that the centre of Toulouse will be responsible for the unconcentrated organisation of the centres of Bordeaux and Toulouse. Candidates who wish to spend their written tests in Rennes must obtain information from the centre of Tours and those who wish to spend their written tests in Bordeaux, in the centre of Toulouse. For information, the written centres will be open to the extent that a sufficient number of applications have been registered.
Registration files must be received no later than 15 March 2005 (the postmark), at the latest. The administrative address where the candidate wishes to pass the written tests of eligibility:

-for applicants residing In the provinces, to the administrative direction of the General Secretariat or to the regional delegation for the administration of the police of their region: Dijon: 03-80-44-59-00; Lille: 03-20-62-59-59; Lyon: 04-72-84-54-55; Marseille: 04-95-05-93-78; Metz Tel: 03-87-16-11-27; Toulouse: 05-61-12-80-22; Tours: 02-47-42-85-35; Versailles: 01-39-66-20-00.
Applications must be accompanied by a postage-paid envelope of EUR 1.11 (24 x 32 cm format), in the name and address of the Candidate.
Candidates will also have the opportunity to download the registration dossier and the competition notice on the websites (www.interieur.gouv.fr), section " Technical and specialized trades and competitions ", or intranet (http:/sdrf/drh/sga/mi) of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
The oral admission tests will take place in Lognes (77).
