ARRETE
Order of 21 January 2004 amending the order of 29 December 1994 registering the officers of the National Interprofessional Group for Seeds, Seeds and Plants pursuant to Article L. 215-1 (8 °) of the Code of Consumption

Secretary of State for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Commerce, Handicrafts, Professions and Consumer Affairs,
Given the Consumer Code, Article L. 215-1;
In view of Article 65 of the Finance Act of 27 February 1912, as amended by Article 3 of the Decree-Law of 14 June 1938;
In view of Act No. 77-731 of 7 July 1977 approving various decrees establishing Professional or inter-professional bodies;
Given Decree No. 62-585 of 18 May 1962 on the National Interprofessional Grouping of Seeds, Seeds and Plants (GNIS), in particular Articles 2 and 12;
Given Decree No. 2002-971 of 10 July 2002 on the powers delegated to the Secretary of State for small and medium-sized enterprises, trade, craft, liberal professions and consumption;
In view of the decrees of 29 January 2003 and 20 February 2003 Delegation of signature;
Having regard to the order of 29 December 1994 approved by the officers of the Interprofessional National Grouping of Seeds, Seeds and Seedlings pursuant to Article L. 215-1 (8 °) of the Consumer Code;
Given the Convention of 20 October 1994 between the National Interprofessional Group on Seeds, Seeds and Seedlings and the General Directorate of Competition, Consumption and Enforcement of Fraud;
Due to the request of 4 November 2003 of the Groupement National Interprofessional Seed, Seeds and Seedlings;
On the proposal of the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Enforcement of Fraud,
Stop:

Article 1

The list annexed to this Order of the Officers of the National Interprofessional Group on Seeds, Seeds and Plants (GNIS) replaces the one annexed to the said Decree of 29 December 1994.

Article 2

The Director General of Competition, Of the consumption and suppression of fraud shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
