Given the Directive of the Council of the European Communities 89 /106/EEC of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products, as amended by Directive 93 /68/EEC of 22 July 1993;
Decree No. 92-647 of 8 July 1992 concerning the suitability for the use of construction products, as amended by Decrees Nos. 95-1051 of 20 September 1995 and No. 2003-947 of 3 October 2003,
Stop:
The provisions of the aforementioned Decree of 8 July 1992 shall apply from the date of publication of this Stopped to calcium aluminate cements defined by the harmonised standard NF EN 14647.
In accordance with the provisions Articles 2, 3 and 10 of the aforementioned Decree of 8 July 1992 may, on their own, be in possession of the CE marking of the cements referred to in Article 1 which have satisfied the conformity clearance procedure applicable to
. References to the standard and the decision on certification of conformity applicable to construction products referred to in Article 1 and those of the bodies notified by the French authorities are published in the Official Journal of The French Republic.
By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 1 above and on a transitional basis, the products Subject to this Order which do not comply with the provisions of the Decree of 8 July 1992 mentioned above may be placed on the market for the first time until 31 July 2007.
Products first placed on the market before the end of The transitional period defined in the preceding paragraph, and which do not comply with the provisions of the said Decree, may be marketed until 30 June 2008.
The Director General of Enterprises and the Director of Economic and International Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
