ARRETE
Decree of 25 January 2007 on the conditions of application and the procedure for the registration of higher education assistants on the list of candidates for the role of lecturer (year) 2007)

Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In light of Decree No. 84-431 of 6 June 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions And the special status of the professors of the universities and the body of the lecturers, in particular Article 62 thereof;
Having regard to Decree No. 99-170 of 8 March 1999 on the status of Especially the body of the higher education wizards,
Stop:

Article 1


It is open, for the year 2007, 150 conference masters in the capacity list provided by the Article 62 of the decree of 6 June 1984 referred to above.

Article 2


Candidates for entry on the list of Master of conferences must justify the quality of assistant in higher education governed by the aforementioned decree of 8 March 1999 and at least eight years of service in higher education as of 1 January 2007.

Article 3


The application package includes:
a) A three-copy application declaration prepared on the attached template Annex A to this Order. The candidates specify the section (cf. Schedule B to this Order) of the National Council of Universities for which they wish the notice to be collected;
b) A photocopy of a photo identification;
c) One or more documents Indicating:
-the level reached in the body of higher education assistants as of January 1, 2007;
-length of service in assistant positions;
-the general seniority of services in higher education ;
d) A copy of the diplomas, qualifications or qualifications.

Article 4


The application referred to in Article 3 of the present Should be addressed, recommended with notice of receipt, to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, General Secretariat, Directorate General of Human Resources (service of staff teachers of Higher education and research, sub-direction of recruitment and career management [DHRH A 2]), 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris 07 SP, 15 March 2007 at the latest, at midnight (postmark).

Candidates are also sent on March 15, 2007, at midnight (the postmark), the Application provided for in Article 3 of this Order to their President or Director of Establishment. A receipt must be issued to them. They may also attach a copy of the works, works, articles or accomplishments to the limit of three documents.
The President or Head of Institution shall transmit to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, general secretariat, general directorate of human resources (service of teaching staff of higher education and research, sub-direction of recruitment and career management [DHRH A 2]), 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris 07 SP, a reasoned opinion and a double of this same opinion to the candidates before 9 May 2007. This opinion shall be given to the Chairman of the National Commission by the Directorate-General for Human Resources (sub-direction of recruitment and career management [DGRH A 2]).

Article 6


The President of each section of the National Council of Universities appoints a rapporteur for each candidate. Its name and contact details shall be communicated to the candidates before 30 March 2007 by the Directorate-General for Human Resources (under-direction of recruitment and career management, [DGRH A 2]).
The candidate must address the rapporteur who Has been designated before April 13, 2007, the elements of the application referred to in section 3 of this Order.
Candidates may also attach a copy of the work, works, articles or accomplishments to the limit of Three documents.

Article 7


The chairman of the national committee appoints a rapporteur for each candidate. Its name and contact details are forwarded to the candidates before 11 May 2007 by the Directorate-General for Human Resources (under-direction of recruitment and career management [DHRH A 2]).

Article 8

Article 9


The Director General of Human Resources shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published and its annexes in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
