Describes:
A function allowance may be awarded to officers assigned to the deconcentrated network of the women's rights and equality service, occupying one of the following functions:
-delegate Regional (e);
-responsible for departmental mission (e), or corresponding to the service of women's rights and equality in Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
The function allowance may also be allocated to interim regional (ales) delegates as well as acting departmental mission (s) appointed by order of the Minister responsible for the Parity for a renewable period of six months.
The annual reference amounts for the function allowance are determined by the joint order of the Minister of Parity, the Minister responsible for the Budget and the Minister responsible for the Public Service.
The head of the Women's Rights and Equality Unit determines, within a range between 80 % and 120 % of the reference amounts, the individual responsibilities of each officer, in his or her own way
The function allowance is paid monthly.
Decree No. 99-952 of 16 November 1999 on the award of a monthly lump-sum allowance to certain women's rights officers is repealed.
The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister responsible for Social Cohesion and Shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which shall take effect on 1 January 2007 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
