ARRETE
Decree of 23 January 2006 amending l' order of 22 August 2005 concerning certificate of professional high school professorships

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In view of the Education Code;
In light of Decree No. 92-1189 of 6 November 1992 on status Vocational secondary school teachers, in particular Article 10, as amended by Decree No. 2005-1009 of 22 August 2005;
Having regard to Decree No. 94-874 of 7 October 1994 laying down the common provisions applicable to trainees of the State and Its public establishments, as amended by Decree No. 2003-67 of 20 January 2003;
Having regard to the decree of 22 August 2005 concerning the conditions for the completion of the traineeship and the training of certain staff members of secondary education Reporting to the Minister responsible for education;
In light of the August 22, 2005 Order, Certificate of Fitness for Professional High School Professorship,
Stop:

Item 1
At the end of the first paragraph of Article 2 of the decree of 22 August 2005 concerning the certificate of fitness for professional high school, the words: General inspectors of national education and Inspectors of regional educational inspectors " Are replaced by the words: " General inspectors of national education, inspectors of regional educational inspectors and inspectors of national education ".

Article 2

The Director of Teacher Personnel shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
