ARRETE
Decree of 13 January 2004 on the extension of an agreement concluded within the National Interprofessional Office of cognac concerning contributions for the year 2004

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Minister Delegate to Budget And budgetary reform,
In view of Articles L. 632-1 to L. 632-11 of the Rural Code relating to agricultural interprofessional organisations;
In view of the decree of 1 May 1909 on the delimitation of the Cognac region;
In view of the decree of 24 July 1989 relative to the recognition of the National Interprofessional Office of cognac;
Given the inter-professional agreement reached on 31 October 2003 by interprofessional organizations of the National Interprofessional Office of cognac,
:

Article 1


The provisions of the Interprofessional Agreement (1) concluded on 31 October 2003 by the organizations Interprofessional association of the Interprofessional cognac Bureau for interprofessional dues to finance the operation of the BNIC, collective advertising expenses and economic and technical studies are Extended to winegrowers, cooperatives, cooperative unions, trade-shops, wholesalers and traders located in the Cognac region, for sales to trade:
-wines and musts from grape varieties "AOC" Cognac " ;
-wine for the distillation of cognac;
-brandy brandy,
, and cognac sales and uses for the development of a product other than cognac.

Article 2


The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumer and And the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
