ARRETE
Order of 22 January 2004 amending the order of 16 March 1982 concerning the organisation of public security services in the department of Essonne and the creation of an electoral district of Public safety in Draveil

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In view of Law No. 64-707 of 10 July 1964 on the reorganization of the Paris region;
In the light of the amended Act No. 66-492 of 9 July 1966 on the organisation of the national police force;
Given the amended Act No. 82-213 of 2 March 1982 on the rights and freedoms of municipalities, departments and regions;
In view of the Law on Guidance No. 92-125 of 6 February 1992 as amended on the territorial administration of the Republic;
Having regard to Act No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 as amended policy and programming relating to security;
In view of Act No. 2002-1094 of 29 August 2002 Orientation and programming for internal security;
Due to Act No. 2003-239 of 18 March 2003 for internal security;
In light of Decree No. 82-389 of 10 May 1982 concerning the powers of the Prefect and the action of the services and State bodies of the State in the departments;
In light of Decree No. 93-1031 of 31 August 1993 establishing and organizing the departmental directorates of public security;
In light of Decree No. 95-661 of 9 May 1995 amending the code of Criminal procedure (second part: Orders in Council of State) and relating to the judicial police;
Having regard to the order of 16 March 1982 amended to organise the public security services in the department of Essonne;
In view of the order of 10 December 1993 to organize the decentralised services of the Central Directorate of Public Security;
In view of the opinion of the Technical Joint Technical Committee of the Essonne National Police Service of 21 January 2004;
On proposal of the Director General of the National Police,

In the Essonne department, a public security exchange is created in Draveil.

The order of March 16, 1982, is modified as follows:

Item 3


The Director General Of the national police, the central director of public security and the prefect of Essonne, each as far as it is concerned, are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
