ARRETE
Order of 22 January 2007 authorizing the opening and fixing of the date of the written examinations for the recruitment of maritime affairs officers for the year 2007

By order of the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism And the sea as of 22 January 2007, is authorised for the year 2007 the opening of five competitions for the recruitment of administrators of maritime affairs:
-a first competition is open to the holders of one of the required diplomas Candidates in the external competitions of the Ecole Nationale d' Administration;
-a second competition is open to the active mariner officers as well as to the civil personnel holding category B or C, to auxiliaries recruited in application Decree No. 46-656 of 11 April 1946 and the contract agents recruited pursuant to Decree No. 86-83 of 17 January 1986;
-a third competition is open to officers of the various corps of the navy and reserve officers serving in Activity situation;
-a fourth competition is open to first class masters in shipping and holders of the Merchant Navy Graduate Diploma;
-a fifth competition is open to civilian personnel Class A licensees as well as equivalents and contract agents at the equivalent level under the Department of Equipment.
The deadline for the filing of registration files is April 2, 2007.
