Order of December 16, 2005, for the approval of laboratories or organizations to carry out certain types of sampling and analysis of substances in the atmosphere.

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
In the light of the September 4, 2000 Order of Approval of Laboratories or Organizations for Certain Types of Sampling and analysis of substances in the atmosphere;
On the proposal of the Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk,
Stop:

Item 1

The laboratories or organizations whose names are listed in the table in the Annex to this Order are To carry out certain types of sampling and analysis on the emission of substances into the atmosphere. The date to which the approval is valid and the types of sampling and emission tests on which approval is given are specified for each laboratory in the table in the annex to this decree.

Article 2

The order of July 25, 2005, for the approval of laboratories or organizations to perform certain types of sampling and analysis on the issue Substances in the atmosphere are being repealed.

Article 3

The Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk is responsible for The execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
