Order of 26 January 2006 with delegation of signature (cabinet)

Associate Minister for Relations with Parliament,
Given the May 31, 2005 Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the June 2, 2005, Order in Council Composition of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning the signature delegations of the members of the Government;
In view of the decree of 25 January 2006 appointing the cabinet of the Minister Delegate,
Stop:

Item 1

Delegation is given to Mr. Jean-Marie Brinon, Director of the Cabinet, and Mrs. Florence de Puylaroque, Director Deputy Minister's Office of the Minister for Relations with Parliament to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Relations with Parliament and within the limits of their powers, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council As regards the cases for which the persons referred to in Article 1 of the Decree of 27 July 2005 have not been delegated.

Article 2

This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
