I would be grateful if you could tell me if the above provisions have been approved by your Council of Ministers. In this case, this letter, together with your reply, will constitute the agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the succession of bilateral treaties concluded between the France and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which will come into force on the date of your reply.

Dear Minister,
I have the honour to confirm receipt of your letter of 3 December 2003, No. 010474 CM, as well as the attached annex, which contains the proposal for an agreement Between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the French Republic on the succession of bilateral agreements concluded between the Federative Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia and the French Republic, which reads as Follows:

Following the discussions between representatives of our two States on the succession of bilateral treaties between France and the Federative Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia, I have the honour, of the order of my Government, to propose that the agreements in the annex continue to bind the French Republic and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I would be grateful if you would let me know if the The preceding provisions collect the approval of your Council of Ministers. In this case, this letter, together with your reply, will constitute the agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the succession of bilateral treaties concluded between the France and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which will enter into force on the date of your reply.
