ARRETE
Decree of 21 January 2002 on the creation of an automated processing of personal information relating to the management of the civilian personnel of the police station in Strasbourg

The Minister of Defence,
In view of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data Made in Strasbourg on 28 January 1981, approved by Law No. 82-890 of 19 October 1982, entered into force on 1 October 1985 and published by Decree No. 85-1203 of 15 November 1985;
In view of the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Computers, files and freedoms, and in particular Article 15;
In view of Decree No. 78-774 of 17 July 1978 amended for the application of Chapters I to IV and VII of the Law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, Files and freedoms, and in particular articles 12 and 19;
In the light of the June 9, 1997, amended signing delegation;
In view of the letter from the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated December 18, 2001, Number 778277,
Stop:

Article 1


It is created at the Ministry of Defence, at the head office of the army police station, a treatment Automated nominative information called " PC Management " Implemented by the police station in Strasbourg and whose main purpose is to assist the management and administration of civilian personnel.

Article 2


The categories of information recorded are relative:
-to identity (name, marital name, given names, sex, date and Place of birth, address, private and professional telephone numbers);
-family situation (marital status, number of dependent children);
-working life (grades or jobs, successive and current assignments, Seniority in the level, index of treatment, current administrative residence, service number, teaching activities [material, duration]);
-training (diplomas, certificates and certificates, foreign languages used, competitions and Professional examinations, vocational training [nature and date of courses, traineeships or other training actions], training requested, conducted within the body or outside the institution).
The registered information thus registered is Retained until the agent's frames are released or the agent's link breaks down with the managing corporation.

Item 3


The recipients of the recorded information are, according to their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
-the staff management agents;
-the members of the Joint Training Group Army police station;
-line superiors of interested parties;
-members of inspection bodies.

Article 4


The right of opposition provided for in Article 26 of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, cannot be invoked as part of this processing.

Article 5


The right of access and rectification provided for in Articles 34 et seq. Of the aforementioned Law of 6 January 1978 shall be exercised with the police station of the army of Strasbourg, 15, rue de Phalsbourg, 67000 Strasbourg.

Article 6


The Central Director of the Army Police Office shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
