Having regard to Decree No 92-165 of 21 February 1992 on the implementation of the budget of the public authorities and their establishments in Mayotte and The review and production of the accounting management accounts;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1504 of 24 December 2002 for the implementation of Act No. 2001-616 of 11 July 2001 on Mayotte and amending the part Regulation of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities;
In view of the Decree of 24 December 2002 on the experiment of budgetary and accounting instruction M. 14 by the communes of Mayotte and their public institutions,

The list of communes and groupings of communes of Mayotte defined in the list published in the Annex to the 24 December 2002 shall be supplemented, as from 1 January 2004, by the list published in the Annex to this Order.
A From the financial year 2004, the procedure for attaching the expenses and products to the financial year described by the budgetary and accounting instruction Mr 14 shall apply to the municipality of Mamoudzou and the Syndicat mixte intercommunal d' aménagement de Mayotte.
The Director General of Public Accounts and the Director of Political, Administrative and Administrative Affairs Of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
