ARRETE
Signing delegation order of January 29, 2004

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In light of Order No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by Arrested, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
Given the decree of 17 June 2002 on the appointment of the Prime Minister;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the Decree of 29 January 2004 appointing the Secretary-General of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms;
In view of the 26 January 2004 laying down the functions and organization of the Secretariat-General,
Stop:

Article 1


Permanent Delegation is given to Mr Daniel Canepa, Secretary-General, to sign, within the limits of his And on behalf of the Minister for the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council, as well as any order for payment, transfer or delegation and all orders of Revenue.

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
