Decree of 21 January 2002 establishing the list of trade unions capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of the National Centre for University Works And school and fixing the number of seats of holders and substitutes allocated to each of them

The Minister of National Education,
Due to the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants;
Law No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended Bearing statutory provisions relating to the civil service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
In light of the amended Decree No. 87-155 of 5 March 1987 on the missions and the The organisation of academic works;
In light of Decree No. 2000-1228 of 13 December 2000 on the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works;
In view of the Order of 13 December 2000 on the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works;
In view of the Decree of 17 September 2001 laying down the procedures for consulting the staff of the CNOU and Organised CROUS to determine the representativeness of trade union organisations to be represented on the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works;
Vu The minutes of the central polling station of the National Centre for Academic and School Works of 23 November 2001 in charge of the summary of the results of the special polling stations for the consultation of 14 November 2001 provided for by the decree On September 17, 2001,

Article 1


Trade unions capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee established The Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works is the following:
CGT Federation of Education, Research and Culture (FERC-CGT);
UNSA Education;
Unitary Federation Federation (FSU);
Task Force (FO);
Fédération des syndicats généraux de l' éducation nationale et de la recherche publique (SGEN-CFDT).
The number of seats of incumbents and alternates allocated to each of the trade unions listed above Is established as follows:

Article 2


The trade union organisations referred to in Article 1 above shall have a period of fifteen days, from the date of publication of this Order, to bring to the knowledge The Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works the names of their representative and alternate representatives.

Article 3


The Director of the National Center for Academic and School Works is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
