In the light of the amended decree of 27 June 1938 on the quotas of mills and the professional organisation of the milling industry;
Seen the order of 4 September 1953 relating to the processing of quota allocation for mill quotas;
In view of the amended Order of 21 December 1977 on the reorganization of the milling industry;
Having regard to the Order of 9 December 2002 on the Reorganization of the milling industry;
Due to the advice of the Meunerie Advisory Board on December 9, 2005,
Stop:
The provisions laid down in Articles 1 and 2 of the Order of 9 December 2002 are extended to 31 December 2008.
The licence fee may, until December 31, 2008, be leased after authorization. By delegation of the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, the terms and conditions under which such rentals may take place shall be defined, after the opinion of the Consultative Commission of the Meunerie, by the Director General of the Office National Interprofessional Grains, which issues the corresponding authorizations.
Policy Director The Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights and the Director General of the National Interprofessional Grains Office shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
