Decree of 21 January 2002 amending the Decree of 23 August 2001 on sanitary conditions governing the employment, marketing, trade, imports and exports of certain products Of animal origin intended for animal feed and the manufacture of animal feed or other uses

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Secretary of State for the Budget and the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts and Consumption,
In view of the Rural Code, and in particular Article L. 236-1;
Given the code of consumption, and in particular its Book II;
Given the Customs Code, and in particular Article 38;
In view of Decree No. 86-1037 of 15 September 1986 Application of the Act of 1 August 1905 on fraud and falsification of products or services in relation to the marketing of products and substances intended for animal feed;
Having regard to the order of 24 July 1990 Prohibiting the use of certain proteins of animal origin in the feeding and manufacture of feed for bovine animals and extended to ruminants by the order of 20 December 1994, as last amended by The Order of 8 July 1996;
In view of the order of 17 March 1992 as amended on the conditions to be met by slaughterhouses of slaughter animals for the production and placing on the market of fresh meat and determining conditions The health inspection of these establishments;
In the light of the Decree of 6 June 1994 on the sanitary conditions for the import of live animals, animal products and animal or animal products from countries Third, and in particular Article 6 thereof;
Having regard to the decree of 25 September 1995 on the sanitary conditions governing intra-Community trade in certain products of animal origin;

The date of 1 January 2002 referred to in Articles 2 and 4 and in Annex I, Chapters I and II, of the Order of 23 August 2001 referred to above is replaced by the date of 1 July 2002.
