ARRETE
Decree of 25 January 2002 on the recovery of various benefits of old age, invalidity and accidents at work

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Employment and Solidarity,
In view of the Social Security Code, and in particular articles L. 341-6, L. 351-11, L. 357-4-1 and L. 634-5;
Given the rural code;
In light of Order No. 45-2454 of 19 October 1945 as amended, and in particular Article 115;
In view of Act No. 49-244 of 24 February 1949, in particular Article 2 thereof, Act No. 50-147 On 3 February 1950, in particular Article 3;
In view of the opinion of the Board of Directors of the National Pension Insurance Fund for employees as of 20 December 2001;
In view of the reference to the Board of Directors of the Fund National Health Insurance for Employed Employees as of December 19, 2001,

Article 1


Disability pensions, pensions and old-age pensions referred to in Articles L. 341-6 and L. 351-11 of the Social security code, as well as the benefits whose revaluation arrangements are identical, liquidated with entry into use prior to 1 January 2002, are revalued by applying the coefficient 1.022.

Article 2


This coefficient also increases the coefficients for revaluation of contributions and wages or revenues that gave rise to A contribution payment until December 31, 2001, which is used as the basis for the calculation of old-age and invalidity pensions whose entry into use is later than that date.

Article 3


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal Of the French Republic.
