The purpose of this Order is to define the objectives, the contents of the teaching and the repository of the Capacity in the field of general culture education and expression for higher tech patents.

Its coefficient remains the one laid down in the current regulation. This provision is applicable from the 2007 session.
The Director of Higher Education and Rectors Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
