ARRETE
Order of 16 January 2004 approving a union

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and People with Disabilities,
Given the code of mutuality, and In particular Articles L. 211-7, L. 211-8, L. 211-10, R. 211-3, R. 211-7 and R. 211-9;
Having regard to the opinion of the Higher Council of mutuality dated 28 November 2003;
Seen with the documents in support of the application for approval by the Union Interdepartmental mutualist (UMIDSA),
Stop:

Article 1

The Inter-Departmental Mutual Union (UMIDSA), registered in the national register of mutual societies under number 779 542 612, whose head office is located in Grenoble (38100), 226, the course of the Liberation, is approved for the operation of the following branches or sub-branches mentioned in Article R. 211-2 of the aforementioned code:
20 Life-death.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
