Having regard to Decree No. 2001-493 of 6 June 2001 for the application of Article 4 of Act No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978 relating to the procedures for the communication of administrative documents;
In view of Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 concerning the assimilation of revenue competition funds collected for the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing and the proceeds of various non-cash receipts Tax;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-835 of 2 May 2002 on the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing;
Having regard to the order of 28 May 1993 concerning the rates of the liability allowance Which may be allocated to the imprest administrators and the revenue administrators of the public bodies and the amount of the guarantee imposed on those agents, as amended by the decree of 3 September 2001 adapting the value in euro of Certain amounts expressed in francs (regulations stemming from orders: Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry);
In view of the decree of 20 July 1994 establishing a revenue authority at the centre of studies on Networks, transport, urban planning and public constructions, as amended by the decree of 3 January 2002;
In view of the decree of 27 December 2001 concerning the threshold for the guarantee waiver of imprest administrators and administrators of Recipes,
Stop:
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Order of 20 July 1994 reads as follows:
" Art. 1. -It is hereby established at the centre of studies on networks, transport, town planning and public construction a revenue authority for the collection of products from:
1 ° Assignment of documents or data developed, held or Maintained by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, regardless of the medium used, or of the reproduction or distribution rights attached to it;
2 ° Reproduction and marketing Provision of administrative documents or information documents;
3 ° Reimbursement of work done for consideration. "
Article 3 of the above-mentioned Order of 20 July 1994 reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - The revenue referred to in Article 1 shall be allocated to the relevant section of the budget of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea by means of competition funds, pursuant to Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 Above, where transfers are made on behalf of third parties and by reinstatement of credits where transfers are made on behalf of other State services. "
The Director General of Public Accounts in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the The Director of Financial Affairs and the General Administration in the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
