Order of 22 January 2007 fixing for the year 2008 by homogeneous category of goods and services the generic descriptions to be examined for the renewal of their registration Pursuant to Article 27 of Decree No. 2004-1419 of 23 December 2004 on the management of the products and services referred to in Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In view of the Social Security Code;
In light of Decree No. 2004-1419 of 23 December 2004 on product management And benefits referred to in Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code, in particular Article 27;
In view of the opinion of 11 October 2006 of the Committee on the Evaluation of Products and Benefits,
Stop:

Item 1

For the year 2008, generic descriptions to be reviewed for renewal of Their entry on the list provided for in Article L. 165-1 pursuant to Article 27 of the aforementioned Decree of 23 December 2004 shall be as follows.

Article 2

The Director General of Health and the Director of Social Security are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for execution Of this Order, which shall be published and its annex in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
