ARRETE
Decree of 17 January 2006 extending a regional agreement (Picardie) concluded in the framework of the national collective agreements of the workers employed by the undertakings of the building concerned and not covered by the Decree of 1 March 1962 (undertakings up to ten employees and more than ten employees) (No 1596 and 1597)

The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing and the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
In view of articles L. 133-1 and following of the Labour Code;
In view of the Order of 8 February 1991 extending the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning workers employed by undertakings in the building not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (that is, occupying more than ten employees);
Seen Orders of 12 February 1991 and 15 December 1992 extending the national collective agreement for workers employed by the undertakings covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to ten employees) of 8 October 1990 and Supplementing it;
In view of the decree of 28 November 2005 extending two regional agreements (Picardy) concluded within the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreements;
In view of the regional agreement (Picardie) of 25 March 2005 On the allowances for small movements concluded under the abovementioned national collective agreements;
In view of the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 2 June 2005 and 7 September 2005;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Job code,
Stop:

Article 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National collective agreement of 8 October 1990 of the workers employed by the undertakings of the building referred to in the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to ten employees), as supplemented by the amendment No. 1 of 17 March 1992, and in that The national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 of the workers employed by the undertakings not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying more than ten employees), as extended by order of 8 February 1991, and in their own Territorial application, the provisions of the regional agreement (Picardie) of 25 March 2005 on allowances for small movements concluded under the abovementioned national collective agreements.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the period to be Conditions laid down by the said agreement.

Article 3


The Director of Labour Relations at the Ministry of Employment, Cohesion And the Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
