ARRETE
Signing delegation order of 16 January 2003

The Seals Guard, Minister of Justice,
In accordance with Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Seen the Decree No. 64-754 of 25 July 1964 on the organization of the Ministry of Justice;
Given the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government,
Stops:

Item 1


Mr. Didier Lallement, Director of the Prison Service, receives delegation to sign on behalf of the Seals, Minister of Justice, all orders, acts and decisions that are a national responsibility, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Lallement, Director of the Prison Service, delegation is given to Mrs Catherine Pautrat and Mr Jean Charbonniaud, Deputy Directors, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of the custody of the seals, Minister And within the limits of their duties, acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 3


En Mrs Sandrine Zientara-Logeay, the head of the Ministry of Justice, Mrs Sandrine Zientara-Logeay, Mrs Sandrine Zientara-Logeay, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice, Mrs Sandrine Zientara-Logeay, Mrs Sandrine Zientara-Logeay Nathalie Noël and Mr Pierre Delattre, directors of the prison services assigned to the central administration of the Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of Mrs Catherine Pautrat, to sign, on behalf of the custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, and within the limits of their duties, acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 4


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean Charbonniaud, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Prison Service, delegation is given to Mrs Dominique-Antoinette Gaux and to Mr Denis Kenette, judges at the central administration of the Ministry of Justice, and MM. Jean-Pierre Denet and Christophe Tagger, civil administrators, directly under the authority of Mr Jean Charbonniaud, to sign, in the name of the custody of seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of their powers, all acts, Orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 5


This Order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
