Considering Decree No. 53-578 of 20 May 1953 changed setting facilities nomenclature classified;
Considering Decree No. 77-1133 21 September 1977 amended taken for the application of law No. 76-663 of 19 July 1976 on facilities classified for the protection of the environment;
See the opinion of the High Council facilities classified June 27, 2006, stop: Article 1 the classified installations subject to declaration under the heading No. 2120 (breeding establishments, sale, transit,... of dogs) are subject to the provisions of annex I (1). These provisions apply without prejudice to other laws.


Article 2 the provisions of annex I are applicable to facilities declared after the date of publication of this order in the Journal official, plus four months.
The provisions of this annex are applicable to facilities existing, declared before the date of publication of this order in the Gazette increased by four months, under the conditions specified in annex II. The requirements to which existing facilities are already subject continue to apply until the entry into force of these provisions.
The provisions of annex I apply also to classified installations subject to statement included in a facility that has at least a facility subject to the authorization regime as these facilities are not governed by the prefectural authorisation order.


Article 3 the prefect may, for a given installation, adapt the provisions of annexes by order under the conditions provided for in article L. 512 - 12 of the code and the environment in article 30 of the Decree of 21 September 1977 above.


Article 4 the Director of prevention of pollution and risk is responsible for the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
