Decree of 4 January 2007 laying down the list of representative trade unions to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ecole Nationale Supérisupérieure d' aeronautical engineering engineers as well as Number of seats allocated to each of them

The Minister of Defence,
Under the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, as amended Statutory provisions relating to the civil service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
In the light of Decree No. 94-845 of 30 September 1994 amending the organisation of the School Higher national level of aeronautical engineering engineers;
In view of the decree of 4 April 2003 establishing the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National Graduate School of Aircraft Engineering Engineers;
Seen the Order of 4 April 2003 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of organised staff with a view to determining the representativeness of trade union organisations called to appoint representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Higher National School Aeronautical engineering engineers;
In view of the minutes of the consultation of the staff of the Ecole nationale supérieure d' constructions Aéronautiques, organized on October 10, 2006,
Stop:

Article 1

The right to appoint staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the School The National Federation of Workers of the
(FNTE-CGT);
-the National Federation of Aviation Construction Engineers (FNTE-CGT); the Union Federation for the Defence of the Armaments and related industries (CGT-FO).

Article 2

The distribution of seats between trade unions Referred to in Article 1 above shall be fixed as follows, taking into account the results of the consultation of the staff organised on 10 October 2006:

Article 3

The trade union organisations referred to in Article 1 of this Order have Within 15 days, from the publication of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic, to make known to the Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure d' engineers de constructions aeronautics the name of the Representatives to occupy the seats of the incumbent and alternate members assigned to them.

Item 4

The Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure d' engineers de constructions aeronautics is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
