ARRETE
Decree of 20 January 2005 extending an inter-professional agreement concluded in the framework of the National Swine Interprofession

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality,
In view of article L. 632-3 of the book VI of the Rural Code for the Interprofessional Agricultural Organisation;
In view of the Decree of 19 December 2003 on the recognition of the National Swine Interprofession (INAPORC);
Due to the agreement reached on 16 November 2004 by the organisations Members of the National Swine Interprofession (INAPORC),
Stop:

Article 1


The inter-professional agreement referred to above, concluded as part of the National Swine Interprofession (INAPORC) and Appearing in Annex (1), is extended for a period of three years as from 1 February 2005.

Article 2


The Director of And the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement of Fraud shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
