Having regard to the decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the decree of 7 April 2003 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, Education National and Research;
In view of the Order of April 7, 2003, to organize the sub-directorates of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research;
Seen the Order of July 16, 2004, Signing delegation, Clipping:
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr Patrick Gérard, of Mr Jean-François Cuisinier, of Mr Bernard Colonna By Istria and Martine Le Guen, delegation is given the effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister of National Education, higher education and research, excluding the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions to Mr Laurent Bazin, Associate professor, within the limits of the duties of the office for educational, cultural and sporting actions.
The Minister National Education, Higher Education and Research is responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
