ARRETE
Signing delegation order of January 17, 2002

The Minister of the Interior,
In accordance with Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Order No. 85-1057 Of 2 October 1985 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
In light of the amended Decree No. 95-1197 of 6 November 1995 on the management of personnel of the national police force ;
Given the Order in Council dated September 27, 1996, on the delegation of authority to the Head of the Central Service of the Republican Security Companies;
Given the June 2, 1997 Order in Council appointing the Prime Minister;
Given the Order in Council of June 4, 1997 Changed in relation to the composition of the Government;
In view of the decree of 10 May 2001 appointing a director to the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
In view of the decisions of 30 March 1995 concerning the organisation of the Management of the National Police Administration;
In view of the Order of 6 November 1995 deconcentrating on the management of the personnel of the National Police;
In view of the Order of 30 December 1996 on the delegation to deliver the Sanctions for warning and reprimand against officials assigned to Republican security companies;
Given the June 5, 2001, modified signing delegation order,
Stop:

Article 1


Article 3 of the above-mentioned Order of 5 June 2001 reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Roger Barbe, Deputy Director of Human Resources, Mr. Gérard Delhomez, Divisional Commissioner, Chief of the Police Commissioner's Office, Mr. Géraud d' Humières, Civilian Administrator, Head of Office of Police Officers, Mr. Alain Benedetti, Civilian Administrator, Chief of the Officers and Peacekeepers, Mr. Rémy-Charles Marion, Civilian Administrator, Chief, Office of Administrative, Technical and Scientific Personnel, and Mrs. Jocelyne Roux, head of the central administration, head of the social relations office, directly under the authority of Mr Roger Barbe, is empowered to sign, within the limits of their respective powers, the orders and decisions Subject to 1 °, 2 °, 3 °, 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 ° and 8 ° of Article 1 of this Order. "
