Order of 12 December 2006 for the approval of organisms for the control of cooling installations by water dispersion in an air flow

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
Given the Environmental Code, including Title I of Book V;
Given Decree No. 77-1133 of September 21, 1977 Adopted for the purposes of Law No. 76-663 of 19 July 1976 on installations classified for the protection of the environment;
In view of the Decree of 13 December 2004 on water-dispersion cooling installations in An air flow subject to authorisation under heading No. 2921;
Having regard to the order of 13 December 2004 on general requirements for installations classified for the protection of the environment subject to declaration under the Heading No. 2921;
On the proposal of the Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk Prevention,

Item 1


Organizations whose names are listed in the table in Appendix 1 to this Order are approved to perform Control of cooling facilities by dispersion of water in an air flow. The date to which the approval is valid is specified for each organization in the table in Appendix 1 to this Order.

Item 2


The approval for the control of water dispersion cooling installations in an air flow of organisms named in the table in Appendix 2 to this Order shall be extended to the date of 31 March 2007.

Article 3


The Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
