ARRETE
Order of 18 December 2003 for the approval of experts to which the hygiene, safety and working conditions committee can appeal

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In the light of article L. 236-9 of the Labour Code;
In the light of articles R. 236-40, R. 236-41 and R. 236-42 of the Labour Code;
Seen the orders of 9 February 2001, of 18 March 2002, as amended by the orders of 28 August 2002 and 26 December 2002, for the approval of experts To which the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee may appeal;
In the opinion of the High Council for the Prevention of Professional Risks of 2 December 2003;
In the opinion of the National Health and Safety Commission Job security in agriculture,

Article 1


Approved as experts to which the hygiene, safety and working conditions committee may Appeal, for a period of three years, from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2006, the following bodies:

Article 2


Approved as experts to which the Occupational Health and Safety Committee may appeal, for a period of two years, from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2005, the organizations listed below:
APAVE Paris, 13-17, rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, in the field of occupational health and safety;
Support Consultants, Le Thouvard, 73110 La Chapelle-Blanche, in the field of the organization of the Work and production;
ERGOS Concept, 99, rue de Sèvres, 75006 Paris, in the fields of health and safety at work and the organization of work and production;
GRETACT, 16, avenue Victor-Hugo, 92220 Bagneux, in the Occupational health and safety.

Article 3


Approved as experts to whom the Health and Safety Committee Conditions of work may appeal, for a period of one year, from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004, the following bodies:
Alpha Conseil, 129, rue Servient, 69326 Lyon Cedex 03, in the fields of health and safety at Work and organization of work and production;
CEFORE, 8, Place des Terreaux, 69001 Lyon, in the fields of occupational health and safety and organization of work and production.

Article 4


The natural persons, employed by the above recognised organisations, can only carry out expertise on their behalf.

Article 5


This Order is without prejudice to the provisions of the Orders of 18 March 2002, as amended by the Orders of 28 August 2002 and December 26, 2002.

Section 6


Accreditation is granted in a precarious manner and revocable at any time by the Ministers responsible for the Work and agriculture, pursuant to article R. 236-40 of the Labour Code, in the event of non-compliance with the provisions of the above articles.

Article 7


The Director of Labour Relations and the Director General of Forest and Rural Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, each of which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
