Summary

Decree n ° 2003-64 of 22 January 2003 amending Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and occupations of civil and military personnel in the general system of Pensions

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability, the Minister of The economy, finance and industry and the minister of the civil service, state reform and spatial planning,
Given Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants, together Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civilian personnel and Member States under the general pension scheme, together with the texts which have amended and completed it;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1569 of 24 December 2002 on the special status of the body of the health and social action inspectorate and Amending Decree No. 97-157 of 20 February 1997 on posts of regional director, departmental director and assistant director of health and social affairs;
In view of the opinion of the Higher Council of the Public Service of the State in November 21, 2002,
